Samantha Fanger
Program Officer
Samantha Fanger is a Program Officer at the Caspian Policy Center. She is pursuing a Master of Science degree with a concentration in global politics and security from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and is a member of the National Slavic Honors Society. Her current areas of concentration and research include security, economics, and development in the broader Caspian region. She previously worked and studied in the Philippines where she interned as a journalist and primarily focused her research and studies on comparative regional politics in Southeast Asia.
