Liam Gibson
Research Intern
Liam Gibson is a research intern at the Caspian Policy Center. He is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in History and Russian. He has previously completed projects on environmental provisions in peace agreements, the role of monuments in Russian memory politics, Catholicism in the religious underground of the Soviet Union, and American and Chinese investment in Kazakhstan's mineral resources. His interests include regional connectivity, water security, and energy in the Caspian region.
